Our company has well over 200 drivers with approximately 40 drivers dedicated to our extensive night network.   Drivers utilize various newer modeled vehicles includes cars, vans and 24 ft trucks.  We average well over 1,000 stops per night. In order to ensure maximum efficiency with minimum errors, we have organized regional locations whereby each area has a pool of back up drivers.  Additionally each of our drivers has a designated back up driver. 

In addition to an extensive night network, CAG has a significant day network which provides courier service to Fortune 500 Companies along with 200 convenience store stops. This includes a large distribution service.

We compensate drivers based on efficiency as opposed to solely based on the number of hours worked.  By utilizing this minute by minute accelerated pay plan, we are able to minimize error rates and ensure deliveries are done efficiently and effectively.  Our management team reviews a daily incident report and disseminates results to the rest of the company.  Drivers are monitored throughout the night using a dispatch system. We maintain a detailed and effective accident recovery plan.
